Well... this is probably sci-fi related, so I don't quite understand... but great work and always a pleasure to see your creation!

Don't worry, I don't understand either Laspe, I started off trying to make a quick Roman Centurion helmet for a Dalek and ended up making a Dalek into a hat , on the plus side I did get to use a Boolean function to mould the neckpiece to the body....But that was 2 days ago, tonight I'm dipping my toes, albeit tentatively, into anaglyphic waters...phraught suggested that the Dalek pic I did 2 weeks ago had depth, so why not go the whole hog.... an anaglyph

Onwards and upwards!

All I can think of is Franky Boyle's "Dalek Poetry Night" bit from Mock The Week:
Daffodils!
Exterminate daffodils!

Awesome and a clever merging of such dangerous forces    It reminds me of an audio adventure of the 6th Doctor at bigfinish.com   They come upon an alternate timeline where Daleks are reduced to pop culture... Dalek cereal and shampoos, Dalek cartoons and toys.   This would be the height of fashion

Well thank you most sincerely John! Managed to listen to Jubilee last night and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. One of the best BFs I've heard and (NICELab's edu-ma-ka-shun course) apparently crucial to the 2005 TV series, and far better than Eccleston's handling of the storyline (I believe his infamous "Dalek" episode received a record number of complaints in the UK....One should never torture a Dalek, it's just not cricket, is it?)

You're most welcome! It's a great episode to be sure (does singing Daleks count as torture? )  It was interesting to see where this story bled into the "Dalek" episode in places.

There are so many fantastic episodes there.  I've really enjoyed Colin Baker's run as the Sixth Doctor there.  His stint on TV was cut far too short but he's been doing these audiobooks for years, so he's been able to take his version of the Doctor in the directions he wanted to go in the first place.  There's one part in "The Marian Conspiracy" where he and a chambermaid discuss whether or not good intentions make you a good person regardless of the outcome.  So very moving and compassionate.  In it there's a 1 minute passage where he talks about himself that totally changed my view of him.

I've also very much enjoyed exploring the Eighth's Doctor's career.  Except for Paul McGann's time in the movie and his "Night of the Doctor", he's been the Doctor at Big Finish for more than a decade.  So many great episodes to explore and many more I've yet to enjoy

These are the ones I have:  sta.sh/2gt5jxvm0j7  I heartily recommend them

That's some collection you have there! ....More to the point that's a LOT of listening time! We in Europe still use the old fashioned 24 hour day! I actually listened to Jubilee from 02:30-05.00 .

Have to agree about Colin Baker, he himself is still quite bitter at being sacked wholly because of BBC politics but he's never short of work nowadays!

So..."The Marian Conspiracy" it is! If you recommend it, then it's a cert! Nonetheless, my eyes were instantly drawn to "The spectre of lanyon moor" cover >>>> I spied the image of the sadly late but great Nicholas Courtney.... Have you heard of "The Scarifyers"? The intro music alone is worth the listen!

Well, it's about a 40 min drive each way to work, so plenty of listen time there... plus can take them with me while driving about on the tractor, or in here while rendering.  Got an 8 hour road trip (each way) next week so myself and my friends will enjoy them

Marian Conspiracy is a good one.  No aliens or spookiness... just good old historical adventure.   As a matter of coincidence I'm listening to the Spectre of Lanyon Moor as we speak It was very nice to hear the Brigadier and the sixth Doctor working together

I hadn't heard of the Scarifyers, but I see nine titles at Big Finish!!  Definitely putting them in my wishlist

I'll see your 8 hours and raise you..... 66 hours (each way), at the end of this week across the Basque Country, France, England, Wales and then Ireland   ....by BUS   For some reason I've recently become terrified of flying, obviously Age = Sense. I now know that metal is far too heavy to float in air!

Sounds like quite the trip!  Hopefully it'll be more pleasant than you anticipate.  At least plenty of time to listen to things.     Are you making stops along the way or is your purpose just getting to Ireland?  Is going up along the coast by boat a feasible/more enjoyable option?

No, just an ordinary common-or-garden woman who slaughtered a poor Dalek ripped its dome off, shrunk it and turned it into a fashion accessory, women are quite happy to wear  "trophies"   ....It'll be open-season on men soon!
