Yesterday I did the Head Girl (I wish!!!), however, what I really wanted to do was the Head Nurse... No double entendre intended here, she does exactly what it says on the tin (or bucket in this case) .... On reflection maybe the bucket was in poor taste.Unfortunately I scaled it down by 50% so now you can't read her ID tag

There's something valuable that we used to drop on the floors. Most of the time, they have more than one purpose at the same time. For example: the pleasure of the eye, sometimes even it satisfies the ego of its owner. They may also play a role of isolation (noise, warmth).

Actually, last week I accidentally smashed a hospital door, I foolishly imagined that it would be wide enough to accommodate my wife's wheelchair.... It wasn't! So now you know Y-Phil, doors in Spanish hospitals are not wide enough for wheelchairs

100% of the time, the hospitals are the most dangerous places in which you have the mosts chances to catch something you don't want... with or without carpets...
I don't know for Spanish hospîtals but here in my region: if your blood is not currently changing the color of the walls, you are in great danger simply because the so-called specialists are too occupied elsewhere and are making you wait, wait, wait and wait.
So I think that carpets could be a rather good idea. with smiling nurses (rare!), with or without knee pads...

(Maybe you're not actually in Switzerland Y-Phil, it's an easy mistake to make: My own sister-in-law told us that she was living in Switzerland, a town called "Megève", but the strange thing was that her letters always had French stamps on them )

Greats towns have great hospitals, most of the time linked to universities. But I live in a small town with a small hospital. And the damn'fucking money managers of the Health system have decided to lower the number of small hospitals. In one or two years, the nearest one will be 20kms away from us, whereas the one in my town will be reduced to a kind of emergency entry point.
When you don't live in a big town, you'd better be in good health...
But rest assured: the top specialists of the health system are still very, very, very, very well paid. 10 to 154 years ago, a specialist in Radiology were paid 15'000 Swiss Francs (not converted in today's real value) to work... 2 days a week. In Lausanne.
Meanwhile, the health insurances are still frankly high. And that does not depend on your salary, except if you are in what we call the working poors: they have a job, get paid each month, but not enough to have a decent life.

I wonder why hospitals don't have "Head Nurses" for real. I know a woman who does it professionally for dogs (with her hand of course!) and they do it for horses, pigs, etc. so why not us? Maybe the NHS would collapse the day it started!

Yup you're right, I can't read the name take - and I can barely ready the bottle - looks like some sort of mouthwash. I do love the collection of make-up accessories.
Ya gotta keep the bucket - it's the best reflections in the whole scene! (on reflection, indeed!)
And the hair! Eau my gawd - you did hair. I like it!!

Indeed phraught, although the knee pads do help there is still some discomfort produced by pressure points on the patella, greatly reduced through use of the cushion - thoughtfully provided by Nurse Cummings' proud grandmother who had always imagined that her wayward granddaughter would never amount to much. So Gran was more than impressed when Ophelia was promoted from Resident Streetwalker to Head Nurse in just 3 weeks following an intensive training course with... ...everyone really!
NB Granny also provided the bucket, so Ophelia can take her work home with her and show Granny how busy she's been ..... I best stop here!
BTW it is mouthwash (fresh mint), you wouldn't begrudge her that, would you?
