Sometimes a charming Bard, sometimes a soft-hearted Druid, but always on quest for knowledge and adventure..._______________________
I've decided to create an ultimate portrait for me to use in all the RPGs I play and I ended up with this...
Honestly, almost two months of artistic drought, lot of work and lack of time for anything creative and the first thing I came up with is a smug, semi realistic self-portrait.
It's only semi realistic, because I think I've accidentally made myself look a little older. Oh, realism, how I hate thou!
If I really looked my age I wouldn't be asked for ID ALL the time!

Thank you. I guess my face with its characteristic features is easily recognizable and strikes the eye.
I assume that me looking piratical is a good thing (knowing you, it is). I hope you're not trying to recruit me...the Navy offers men in uniforms and position of authority. It's hard to beat.
I must admit, it's quite unusual to see that you've faved my work...unusual, yet pleasing. I'll have to wonder what was the reason behind it all.

Everyone is unique, but it's a great thing to be recognizable.
Lol of course it is! I can offer nothing more than what the wild sea offers: great adventures full of danger and treasures!
I think that's a very complex question that can't be answered in a line or two. I guess that favs are what they say: favorites. You can have from no reason why you have a fav, up to 1000 reasons. On this one I can say that some of them are: skill, concept, a study, BG love, portrait style, paint style, unique feeling, and many more.
Btw, I really think it is of your best works and since it is a self-portrait, I would suggest you to make it your avatar. IMHO, it would be great!

You overestimate me, but I'm really flattered. Thank you very much. You could do it more often if you want. Now I'm somehow obliged to work hard in order to maintain this level...poor me.
