Wow wery well done.
It looked very awesome and I gaved 5 stars for Technique, but when I noticed that you used the same BG on both sides I removed half star. If you look closely you can notice that they are mirrored. Apart that the BG looks great I think you should have made the road and shadow (from the fence) a bit darker.
To bad emotes are copy paste you should have made the bullet shells by the red ones look difrently.
HUD is well done nothing bad here.
Personaly I nver played THIS game. I have played a similar one Military Madness.

About the background mirrored thing:
It's because it's the same in the game too, so if it's a same background they mirror it.
MAybe, I will animate it, then I will correct this background-mirror thing
