This was a request from for a picture of Thomas defending Ashima from Vivianna of her ridicule. I included Aarav in there too.I have a small story planned for this...but for now I'll let you guys roleplay...

I CHALLENGE you to really objectively read my story, "Forever Now"...and then STILL be able to say that this concept gives you the notion that humanity is 'failing'. You only have the right to make a blanket statement like that if you have experienced all of your options. Unless you are unable to be forced to 'think' at a higher level...then you probably WILL just come out of it terrified and 'weirded out'. But if you take the lessons and message to heart that I am driving in "Forever Now", you MAY just come out of it a better human being. Therefore I'd strongly encourage you to explore the 'realistic' take on engine romance.

I know...you need just the right 'type' of author to be able to justify it scientifically/biologically, but, well...I've always loved a good challenge that breaks the boundaries of 'convention'. And I take my biological/mechanical accuracy quite seriously, which is why the genre of the series is actually 'Science Fantasy/Romance'.

What would literature, art...ANYTHING creative be without the things that push the boundaries and dance on that 'outer limit'? Boring! Nothing about sentient engine romance is any different whatsoever than any other fantasy/alternate universe subject matter. Nothing in "Forever Now" is twisted, kinky, etc...it's all about selfless love!...and everything checks out with the apparent biology that they DO have that you can see by looking at them as WELL as with their mechanics! SO I don't see what the problem is!? No one argues or opposes anything Marvel...Star Trek...Star Wars...Hobbit, etc! How is our interest so different??
And you, being a 21 year old guy with your interest in sentient engines...are NO different than any of the OTHER adults that have taken the 'Thomas' universe EXTREMELY seriously throughout the years. You know...like the Rev., Britt Allcroft, Ian McCue, Andrew Brenner, etc. These are all adults who take their passion very seriously...as with all the other alternate universes in entertainment. These ain't kids producing this stuff!! I just can't wrap my mind around WHY this is viewed as so incredibly 'different' by some...

Hey, no problem, and thank you for pointing out that anyone can do what they want to do in regards to their particular favorite show or movies. Like for example again, I'm a 21 year old guy and I like to watch My Little Pony Friendship is Magic, and I'm making a MLPFIM crossover with each Transformers Prime and Thomas and Friends. Nothing wrong with that, no matter how impossible it would be for either of those worlds crossover. It's just the way the fan or fans want to do it.
