After seeing Cupcake-Kitty-chan 's revamped OC Danica, I soooo wanted to draw her. My under-appreciated OC Hallie seemed to make the perfect pair with her, so here they are together <333
As a ghost witch, Hallie has the power of flight and likes to tease people by just randomly floating into the air. Danica seemed like the type of girl who would not put up with this, hence why she looks a little fed up! But, Hallie loves to hang out with other goth characters and practice her magic spells.
