Playing with the focus, 35mm film..post process: I simply turned the image b&w and added an infrared effect.
Title inspired by Hidden in Plain View's "The Innocent Ones" lyrics.
I played with it in Gimp, here's the updated version:

I don't know how I looked over this stunning photo. Is it of a reflection in water? The facets and ripples of the image give it a dreamlike quality. It's very pretty.

It's actually rain on my car windshield! I played with the focusing so that the trees are slightly focused, as well as slightly underfocusing(?) the water. The original had some dull greens, yellows, and oranges, from the autumn leaves but I thought it looked better in b&w. Thank you for the positive feedback!

Oh! That's pretty cool! i wouldn't think to take a picture of rain on a windshield.

I was taking photos down by the river, but it started to suddenly rain really hard and it was just far too cold for the attire I had on.. so back to the car!
