Yes that is definitely one way of looking at it .. a desert, a cactus, or Bunny ears (I see them too 
..and off in the distance a tree with a single leaf returning to life after a long winters sleep, Β taken together the cactus, and the tree horizon line with the sun spell "Y o u" .. and the petals of the flower "M E"
