Scootaloo: "So, you want me to not beat up the boys that tried to break my wings?"
Officer: "Look, if they got to you instead, then I wouldn't be protective of them. They would've been gone after five times, but instead I'm getting nearly terminated for defending you and letting you get away with fights ten times."
Scootaloo: "But I was defending myself against them, and you know it."
Officer: "I do know that, but the next time I see you, you're going to the facility that no one comes back from... I'm sorry, but those are my new orders. I'm sorry my daughter."
Scootaloo: "B-but dad! Can't you-"
Officer: "The next time I defend you, I get sent to the same place with you. And knowing my stubbornness, I probably would try to defend you again. That's what a father does..." Gunfire is heard in the distance, "Какого черта!?" the gunfire stops, and a man walks into the office while the officer draws a Makarov pistol, "An American!"
"Hey, I only cleared out almost everyone because they all shot first. Don't shoot, and you can report me all you want."
Officer: "... How is life in America? Is it safe for children?"
"I mean... We have places like Disneyland, public education, and other crap."
Officer: "... Will you take my child with you?"
"This girl? The one who left five kids with the inability to reproduce? She'd do good where I live."
Officer: "Then please take her, show her love-"
Scootaloo: "What are you talking about, dad! You'll be sent to that facility you told me about!"
"And I'll break him out of there with the resources I have."
Officer: "You'll just start a conflict, and begin World War III. Just raise her to be an American like you."
The man picks up Scootaloo.
"Will do."
Scootaloo: "Put Me Down!"
Officer: "Don't worry, sweetheart. He will take you to where it's safe..."
