I hated my last Mao design, it's so painful on the eyes and just... I didn't like it.So this ones taken a long time but it's finally... finalized.
Is she cute enough now?

You really took time to choose "softer" and more aesthetically pleasing colours. She really does seem a thousand times more beautiful here! Very traditional Kimono girl and less like a killer xD

This indeed looks like an upgrade. It looks Awesome! I looked at the older drawings and they were ok, but this one just seems like a more polished piece. The 3/4 angle makes a big difference as well. I don't know the character, but in this one, she looks like this sweet innocent girl. I love how her front hair braids/twists together. It's so cool to see ho much your drawing style has changed! I always LOVE seeing your drawings.

One of the best things you can do for something that's frustrating you (anything) is to take a break from it. To clear you head and come at it again fresh. It can make a big difference!
