It reminds me of a law and order episode (maybe SVU?) where the perp is retarded but never got diagnosed. He filled his house with books and pretended to read them to appear smart.

Yeah, I have seen that issue of Time magazine before, and it works out very well when it is read upside down by the person wearing a shirt that says "Ignorant." Overall, the concept is very cool, and it is executed pretty well. I do believe the black and white effects are appropriate for this.
