Dr. Cerebro is my own (copyrighted) creation and an original character concept realized with HeroMachine3.
Doctor Dorian Mathers is your typical "morally challenged" Mad Scientist who tries his hardest to stay on the side of the angels despite being reduced to a "brain in the jar" cliché.
As you can see, he made a virtue out of necessity and created a suitable artificial body for every imaginable situation. (Probably more to come.)
