This is probably the only human Bill fan art I've seen where he's not white or blonde. And I'm really liking it. It looks pretty much like what I would've seen with him. The other fan arts of him make him look more kid-ish and innocent, but this fits both the funny and mysteriousness of Bill that I've seen with him. Amazing artwork!

Hmmm...Interesting, quite interesting. I must say, while I like Bill as a sort of 19th Century Dandy type appearance, this is one is very unique and in a way plays more to his Elder god sort of vibe he gives off.
