Description
Since I was a child I've always loved greek mythology, so I decided to reimagine some of the gods appearance and especially costume.
I started with Hera, the first lady of Mount Olympus. She is the goddess of marriage and family, she is fierce, beautiful, very jealous and vengeful. I wanted to give her a spectacular and elegant gown to show her power and majesty, something quite strong and light at the same time. Since her symbolic animal is the peacock, it was the perfect element to convey this attitude.
