Man, that's a lot of stitching! And picture knitting, too? You're charging WAY too little!

I'm getting that a lot actually. I want to up the price. Usually at con they are a little more because you don't have to pay for shipping. Hard to say what people will pay though T_T
Any suggestions from a fellow artist?

People used to tell me to charge per hour, but most people aren't going to pay like, five hundred bucks for a scarf. T-T Maybe 40 or 50? I'm not sure, really.. ^.^;;;
I have an idea, though. Why not make a few of those designs into bags with one-color backs? Those could sell for 15-30$ (more if the design is complex!) and then you could charge more for your scarves. It would save you time, and you'd still have cheap-ish items.
No matter how big or small, charge what you think you deserve for it. I've sold some pretty small bags for 50, even 100$, but I knew they were worth it, and the people who bought them were happy with what they bought. And remember, if people complain about prices, you're making these things with two sticks and a ball of yarn. It's not the same as hitting a button on a machine and having fifty thousand of them made in te minutes. And they probably couldn't do it on their own, anyway. ^_~

all good ideas. I'll look into it. Little late in the game for this seasons cons for me to chance up stuff but bags might be a good idea.

Because it has up to four colors I charge 37$ for them but I can do it with three colors and put a liner of sorts around the bird so he stands out. Someone wanted a gold bird on a gold background so it took a little thinking but I was able to do it with three colors for 27$ So I don't mind haggling ^_^
I also can do one extra long or short if one likes. I know with the economy that things are tight so I'll understand if that price is a bit more than you want to pay for that. You're interest and comment on it is just as nice.
Thank you

With a gold chocobo I'm assuming that the feet, talons and beak would all be gold as well? That's where the extra color comes in. If I do it that way then one color for background could be black which would make the details of the wing stand out and frame it.
Eh usually about five feet is about the normal size.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Gold Chocobos are typically all Gold everywhere.
Okay. I think about normal would do then.

If it's just gold with with no extra colors and then the back is black then it would be a 17 dollar scarf. Will do up a design so you can see what that will look like. Also I can add letters or something below it if you like for example "wark" or the initials of you or a S.O.
^_^

Not if it's in the gold color and not extremely complicated no it would not be extra

Okay. And I was thinking about it.Would it be possible to put a whole name under it, or could it just be initials? The name I was thinking of isn't terribly long, hence the thought.

should honestly be three colors given the white but it's not to complicated so still 17 dollars. HOws it look though. Will that work for you?

Still thank you very much for the complement. My mother gets some credit for teaching me and my friends for suggesting I do anime related stuff.

Tonberrys are cuter than they have any right to be. Just in general, the littl bastards.

I'll have to post my new charms. I just got itchy and couldn't help myself. I had to make one. And you are so right, it's like a cute bunny with a hand gun. It's cute but you know it will just take you right out if you look at it wrong. Tonberries are like that I think. Cute but with a knife hehe. And now I babble >.<
