Kuruthus volunteered join the fleet academy when he was young and he excelled in all areas showing great potential and aptitude both as a fighter and a competent navigator and pilot.

After he graduated he was given command of a small starship so he could get some real world experience, he was good at fighting but he always threw caution to the winf and put his ship in danger to get get the job done where as most people would of shown hesitation.

Kuruthus also began to show a disregard for the rules of engagement, he was VERY succesful but his have a go approach to things meant he was hated by his superiors, his crew thought he was great as he showed them great respect and he always provided them with good plunder formm enemy vessels ^^.

Thing started to go wrong when he was asked to take part in a blockade of a planet....

Kuruthus arrived with his ship and crew at the planet and took up station with the other starships around the planet to prevent anything from leaving.

It was then that a large freighter showing no markings or identification started to make a run for it, Kuruthus saw this and sent a transmision asking for confirmation of its identity, there was no answer.....after severeal trys Kuruthus saw the ship detonate and break in two before plunging back to the planet below, the shockwave of the blast then hit the ship and his concole detonated sending a piece of metal slashing acrooss his eye and shrapnel spinnning through his ear.

As the shockwave passed and the fires wereput out he and his crew were silent as they watched the ship descend back the way it had came leaving trails of violet flame behind it. Kuruthus stood to attention and gave the ship a salute before turning to his crew and helping them with repairs and giving the wounded treatment.

The admiral of the fleet saw the incident and took this opprutunity to be rid of him, he sent a transmission to every shiip except kuruthus's telling them what he wanted them to say they saw happen, he then sent a transmission to Kuruths's ship telling him that he was relieved of his command for destroying a friendly ship, whereupon his ship was boarded and he anad his crew were taken away to await trial.

At the trial Kuruthus was found guilty as all the other captians told the same story of how he'd opened fire and attacked the frieghter, the etire thing was rigged so he'd be found guilty, false documents and false accounts were all used to send him down. Kuruthus was stripped of his rank and title and his crew were transferred to to other starships.

Kuruthus was escorted out of the court room by the security guards and they walked past the docks where the new protype the Scimitar was being made ready for its first run. seeing his chance Kuruthus fought off the two security gurds and made a break for the ship.

He forced his way onoard and ened up killing some of the workers who were in the worng place at the wrong time, as he made his way on board he was surprised to find that it was almost entirely automatedonly needing a single crewman to operate it and mantain it. he made his way to the bridge and ordered the ship out of dock, and with him being the first voice it had heard give it orders the computer obeyed and the scimitar broke out of dock and crashed through the sealed doors before blasting out into space.

Kuruthus sat fuming in the chair as he went over recent events in his mind and he swore never to trust anyone ever again and he became more enraged as time went on, attacking any ship that he came across, hostile or not, he'd attack it just to make it suffer just so he coul dget back at the galxy for betraying him.

To this day his current location is unknown as he is a lone huunter who prowls the satr in search of new victims, he has been branded a Pirate and Extremely dangerous and he is assumed to still wander the stars still burning with hate and suffering from the trauma of constant fighting against everything he comes acroos.
