Personality

The patients' personality is a difficult one to follow. Unpredictable sums it up. He has shown the capacity to engage in conversation with others about a variety of subjects and themes. Other times he has attacked people for no logical reason. The patient also seems to view everyone else as a potential threat apart from a select few. I include myself in those select few as he seems willing to talk to me. The patient also displays a like for music although the tunes I have heard him sing to himself are alien to me.

Physical Health: The patient is in remarkably good physical health and possesses a high physical tolerance towards harm and damage if it wasn't for his mental state I would of seen a promising career as a guard. My theoretical diagnosis is that the patient may be suffering from congenital analgesia although further testing of the patient will need to be conducted before I can be certain of my theory. The scarring the patient inflicts upon himself seems to leave no lasting effect on his physical fitness or abilities, which is why I strongly advise on keeping him confined and restrained. Each time we have tried to treat and examine him we have been met with fierce resistance that has led to the death of one of our interns. I advise a tranquilliser dart in all future examinations of the patient loaded with 0.08mg dose of Atropine to calm followed by a 30mg dose of Ketamine.

Mental Health: The mental health of the patient is worrying to put it mildly. Although in possession of a higher than average intelligence allowing him to improvise weapons and tools out of the most unlikely of objects, the patient shows no comprehension of right or wrong, or the value of life. He is able to focus intently on a victim so he does posses a coherent mind of sorts and is able to engage in conversation. The most worrying trait he seems to be inflicted with is his psychopathy. His usually manifests in aggression and is, as far as our examinations have ascertained bought on by direct conflict or the slightest of provocation. Trying to find a definitive trigger with this one is difficult. There is a more worrying side to his mental issues. He is under the belief that none of this is in fact real. He is completely delusional which may help to explain some of his other issues. He keeps talking about two "puppet worlds" ours being one of them. This is highly worrying as it shows the patient is severely afflicted with the belief of these notions to be true and may be the root cause of his problems. As always more examination shall be needed to prove my theorys. Another cause could of course simply be that this is all bought on to hide the pain of the abuse he received from his stepfather.

Personal thoughts:

Personally I believe the kindest and best course of action for 308C-1 is permanent treatment and confinement to a high security cell here in the asylum. I recommend a permanent straight jacket and a muzzle when dealing with the patient. Cant have any more accidents.
