Description
Inspired by a conversation with .A huge steam powered stem iron, and had to use my own iron as a reference.
You have to love steam punk really ^^.

Heh, yeah... two instances of anchors in weird places, actually:
Pete's Dragon: Doc Terminus stops his weird ship-car transport by throwing out an anchor. It tears the front steps away from the mayor's office, so that he falls flat on his face, and they finally catch on a mooring post, fling Terminus and his assistant into a fisherman's net!
The Magnificent Men in their Flying Machines (old comedy movie about a London-Paris air race in the early 20th Century): A Naval officer stops his flying machine with an anchor, stopping it so abruptly that his rips off his landing-gear!

For some reason, everyone seems to refer to Gert Frobe's Goldfinger. Not being a Bond fan, I always think of him for his comedic roles!
An infantile baron in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang... a bumbling escaped convict in Monte Carlo or Bust... and the inept colonel in this film! Kind of a shame he didn't make it across the Channel - he did try!
