Nia remembers, clearly, when she was bought to the meadow, for the first time.

The lights and the breeze, how together, Nia felt such unfamiliar yet warm feeling, as she felt them.

It was so new, she felt so unsure, how to take them. But the lights, despite not fully seeing them, she felt a sense of comfort, serenity, in fact, that the more she felt, more curiousity begins to eat her away, like tiny crystallised snow. But there was no snow, but rather..... light. How warm and gentle as if she can see them, everytime she closes her eyes.

These lights show so much comfort, protection, as if, even if she couldn't see anything, and yet, she didn't need to. She can feel it.

She can feel them, in her heart, as they beat, with its rhythmic movements, in time, with the gentle dance, around her.

The colours she remembers, blue, purple, red, even the flowers all shined their colours together, to represent so much warmth, togetherness, one cannot simply fathom as a tiny pup.

Strange, how this little fleeting moment, one wouldn't remember, for when they were tiny, and yet Nia remembers.

how can she not, though, when so much colours were brought into her life, from her papa? Her warm gentle papa, taking her to her very first colourful trip.

She may have little to remember, back then, as often tiny little pups do. But this....this was something she cherished, even as she continues to grow older, each year.

For these moments.....all lead back to her....

Something about this piece just gives me so much warmth and understanding, on life and how they can show so much loved even without us knowing, until much later.

This definitely fit's nia's love for nature, as she remembers this moment. This one fleeting moment, in time. Her first time out, with her papa.

I'm going to cry, now, at these thoughts. ;;

(but really, just wanted another excuse to draw baby Nia, again, and her papa's nose, too, haha)
