Description
After the small dissappointment (aka Oblivion) and the fact that my computer is a bit old I was a bit hesistant to try Skyrim. Sometime around March I decided to buy it anyway. And hey, it's pretty good. I like the new character designs, elves look like elves, the beast races are nifty and you can ever separate the human races from each other.My character, Aryarie is a sneaky archer and Lydia (<3) is her loyal meatshield. The whole team also includes Meeko and Barbas (the latter with a mod which makes him much more bearable) and two horses.

Congratulations. That's one of the very few examples we can make an elf without seeing a pointy ear. You did a very good job on the elven secondary traits.

And with the mod for Barbas: does it address the thing where he's always right up on you, pushing you around while you're trying to do things? Because that is VERY ANNOYING! (I also usually play snipers, and having him randomly bump me to the side while I'm trying to line up a shot sucks.) It's a real bummer that he does that, because he's a great help in combat!

yeah....lydia kinda walked between me and an enemy...found out that my double enchanted axe of death is pretty good at killing her...had to carry all my stuff myself after that >:/ poor pack mule lydia...

Actually that's an easy question - I used a screenshot from the game as a reference and the Pride of Tel Vos (a shipwreck) is not too far away to their left. Then again maybe I shouldn't have said that, now the mystery is ruined. D:

They are. Not as shiny and perfect as the elves in, for example, Tolkien's fantasy world. It's nice how much they differ from humans, makes them less boring. ^^

This is stunning. The characters and background are amazing! I applaud you on the background more because i find them more difficult.
Also, i love the Altmer! My current character (which is probably like my 378th or something) is an Altmer and im in love with him! He's the best!

My backgrounds tend to be hit-or-miss - sometimes I just can't get anything done and sometimes it couldn't be easier. This bg was very quick to do so I guess I shouldn't complain, but I feel my painting technique is a tad clumsy.
