Description
Known too as ifrits, they are beings of the popular arabic mythology. Generally they're considered as a kind of genies and gifted with great powers; like djinns, but unlike this ones,they always posess an evil behaviour & temper: since they are spirits that embody fire and the great power they carry within, they consider themselves superior to all races because they supposedly "came first," and they resent deeply that humans have found magical ways to take control over them. Even when tasked, they show an ironic and malicious attitude, tending to subvert their masters' orders every time they can.They often appear as individuals of superhuman beauty and strength, but are very difficult to deal with.
... and after their story, again I mixed traditional and vanguardist techs in order to grant this fabulous creatures life, along with proper fire lightings and the belonging colours in this mixed media work with persian touch.

One book I rea said that an Efrit was created when someone is murdered and their blood spills on sand.

Yeah, kind of like a Arabic version of Ghost Rider. It also said that the only way took stop one is to drive a new iron nail into the blood-stained sand.

wow.. this is great. i like mythology and all it s creatures lol
the colouring and the glows of the creature and the creature its self is great, the basket to the left though looks a little out of place, its got a dark line around it and the lighting is't quite right. apart from this well done.

im a bit of a final fantasy fan so really only know of ifrits from that, but your little description has shed a little light on what an ifrit actually is, and the picture is awesome

The faceless feature was something made on purpose: I always liked the Heroes of Might & Magic saga, and there were djinns and Ifrits (both archrivals). I was inspired by the amazing looking outfit of the djinns of Heroes V, but also disappointed of not seeing Efrits there, so I thought this would be an approximately equivalent character

I played it a bit. It's really nice looking and also the play scheme (after a few minutes) seems pretty close to the previous versions.
However it requires a very powerful graphic card (since the game developes under a 3D graphic motor)
