Here is the second drawing of my portfolio project. This is a drawing of Nebula. She is in the same book series as Hades (mage-elf-tyra.deviantart.com/a… ) and she is partnered with a retired war vet (who was good friends with Hades' parter). Nebula's partner currently serves on the Council (a bit interesting because she's the only female member) and the two are head of the intelligence firm and training centers. Nebula got her name because when she attacks, her body would start to glow and she would, literally, look like a mini flying nebulae, while using light based attacks and her poisoned talons.This drawing took a white. I started it about a week ago and worked on it for 1-1 1/2 hours, but I had already finished a previous project during class, so I didn't get to finish it. I worked on it again a couple of days ago and worked on it for an additional 3 hours (but didn't quite complete it) and now I just spent an additional 30 minutes touching it up. All in all, it took about 4 1/2 - 5 hours from start to finish.
