well Stanley Coleman it's just a ghost, he appears in the brook heaven hospital in silent hill 3, he's "in love" with the protagonist: Heather, unlike Eddie, Stanley is inoffensive, he just left pages of his diary with a doll, the doll it's a "present" for heather but she don't take the dol, the diary it's a Little disturbing but he give us clues for the puzles of the hospital
