Awwww, sweet. I try not to think of those days in school. But you've summorized it really well.
The trick is to grab 'em by the ballz and swing them around your head. If this isn't an option....improvise

Honey you are preaching to the angel choir. I've been tormented by bullies and completely idiotic ass-holes for a good part of my life. Just never let them see you cry or that they have gotten under your skin. Be strong hun. If the problem persists get in this persons face and give them what for. Tell them 'At least I don't have to tease others to make myself feel important or to get my kicks.' You have a life and they don't. I think I'll stop ranting now
