the note must contain:
type of commision
description of poses (eventual references), details itp. Try to write concisely and to the point - english is not my first language, so it's difficult to me to get proper view of commision from wall of text;
informations about characters
if OC - pictures of character or detailed description, name (it's easier to me when I know the name of character)
if m&a, movie, book character some pictures would be nice (cause I don't know every series of the world xD)
additional informations or questions (if needed)
