Vision: The background is practically non-existent, the make up is overdone, so is the hair, and you probably copied and pasted some of your earlier work together. (That is what really brought down the rating.)
Originality: Oversexed ponies. Not like I've seen a millions and a half of those on the annals of dA before.
Technique: Since the description doesn't say if this was traditional or digital art, I'm guessing this was a digital cut-and-past fiasco. To be more nit-picky, The back-left leg of each one of them has it's left curve curving toward the buttock, when the original MLP style curves away from the buttock. Also, the shadowing is almost non-existent.
Impact: I couldn't even begin to imagine a story for this, nor any cultural commentary.
Yes, I gave you a low rating. Extremely low, actually, but it is only because I want you to improve! I've seen your user page and I know your dedicated to art, but only getting compliments will not help you get better.
The best advice I can give is you need to slow down and pay more attention to the details.

I'm working on getting better at critiquing BY critiquing. I was trying to think every last bit through and I was trying to help her get better by letting her know my opinion. I'm trying my best to improve.
And my guess is that you've never attempted to study story writing, because if you have, you'd know that in good stories, BOTH the antagonist and protagonist see themselves as doing the "right thing." In a good story, "the strong defending the weak" is just a bunch of crap that the main stream shoves down our throats. Really, its just one character attacking another. No right or wrong. Just people being stupid together.
And if you knew that, you would see that your rant is just you gunning for my throat. So let me address it:
Yeah I got pissed off for her not taking my criticism. I try my best to when I do criticize, and it hurts like hell when someone says "no." I'm fine with that now.
And the copy/past argument was legitimate:
1) With digital media on the rise, you can never be sure WHAT is the artist's original work or if they just threw something together. Whether it be some art pieces they did a while back or something they found on the internet, it's the same for me.
2) If you analysed the piece, you would see a white border around each of the ponies. That seemed fishy to me and led to the comment.
Yes, I have seen several anthro ponies nude/naked, so you DON'T need to show me "oversexed." I put that comment because of all the added frilly-ness to the piece, when the original style Lauren Faust started was naked/nude. And with the background, I couldn't gander any context in which these characters were put in.
The low rating is meant to say, "Something's not right here, you need to address it." Yes, my critique may not have raised the right areas that need improvement, but at least I tried. Besides, I'm not some sissy art teacher that's going to say, "Oh, your work is good. Keep trying." NO. If I think something is not good, I'll tell it honestly.
Now before I waist any of more of my time, how about YOU write a critique? It's fun when someone shoots it down. Plus, being an art student, you're probably a hundred more times qualified to do so than just some jerk hobbyist who does art for fun.

Well, thank you for your critique. I'm glad you wasted your time on my work.
But I have to defend myself over your slightly irrational arguments.
Background is "non existing", because it's only template, which can't, in definition overpower the desigs. By the way, I created it myself.
I don't know what you mean by make up, because there is none. They have just slightly closed eyes. There is many shapes of eyes in oryginal mlp series. Just look closely. The same thing apply to the shape of legs.
Btw, you probably noticed that my style of drawing is much differend than oryginal MLP's. Body proporcion are differend, style of hair is different... so what's the point?
But the most wounding thing is that you assume, that I copypasted my other linearts to create this ones. Sorry, but it is total bullshit. I draw every lineart traditionally first with pencil, next with pens. One pony takes me around 2 hours. And then there is colouring, which takes approximately the same. Pay more attection to details? what?
So no, I'm not going to rate your criticque fair.

Alright, since we got the anger out of the way, I'll just say this:
In order to have an excellent art piece (in my opinion) you need to find out what everyone is expecting AND THEN do the unexpected. This is extremely hard to do and takes lots of analysis of other art pieces (esp. popular art pieces) and being in constant connection with a culture (or just watching the News) before you can get good at it.
Another big problem with this piece was that there was a poor attempt at shading and trying to make this piece have perspective (also known as depth). It takes real talent and time developing that talent before you can make a piece that feels like you can step right into it.
Plus, the background, insignificant details, and consistency in style throughout the art piece can also be the difference between a high and low rating.
Last thing: A low rating does not mean I think your lazy. It means I think you need to improve. That's it.
I am really doing my best to help you improve here. I really am. But if you're going to shoot me down because of how you "feel," then don't ask to be criticized in the first place.
Oh, and by declining my criticism, you attacked it. I take pride in my critiques, and having someone say 'no" to it hurts.
