Well, sorry to brake the misunderstanding, but it IS rare to find well-dressed beautiful women here (probably just as rare as everywhere else); it's just that it's ok to dress like that. No one would say "You're a slut!", unless if the comment was made by a jealous ugly girl. XD
But there are some beautiful women here who are generally well dressed. I remember that a "friend" would dress in a similar way to your Loppuny, only difference is that her hair only had one colour (still has, btw).

"Gijinka" is just humanshape pokΓ©mon. I didn't even know there was a word for it, or that there was a huge following of fans who drew it, and I've drawn a couple of them without even realizing it!
