Lightning wins, the only way Hope stands a chance is if The X-men are round watching the fight or the Phoenix is close to earth or using her as an avatar other than that she stands on chance as she relies on other mutants to have powers.

Not really Hope's powers are basically Rogue's powers but she doesn't need to touch someone just be around them but they will fade when she is no longer near them and unlike Rogue they are limited only to mutants.
