That's actually kinda cool how the Omnitrix would be in M.I.B. Think about it, this is an advanced device that can literally copy and store the DNA of any extraterrestrial being across the galaxies and universes and even turn into said beings by choosing them. Just imagine what Jay could do if he had to wield that thing. He could be a better fighter by turning into different alien species for many different purposes.

True and at least he can save many lives by powers from Ben10 verse aliens in the Omnitrix.
I'm wondering how would Men in black react to Jay with the new rare powerful device on his wrist?

If he found the Omnitrix, pretty sure M.I.B would file it away after studying it, and eventually some big ass alien would show up looking for it, and then get his/her ass wrecked.
