Basically what Flashshadow and you have already discussed. Mickey gives Donatello the Power Pole and he keeps the Flying Nimbus for himself. Maybe Mikey tries to get Trunk's sword for Leo and something for Raph?

I could see Michelangelo using the Nimbus Cloud, but I think the power-pole is more of Donatello's speed.

I don't know if he'd be pure enough in heart to ride it, but...then again he does have the spirit of a dragon inside him. As for Pole, he's more into weapons with chains in them.
