Let's see. Mr Incredible and Elastigirl become honorary Pro Heroes and good allies with the Pro Heroes, along with Frozone and any other Super that is currently alive. Violet potentially attends My Hero Academia to improve her powers and skills but Dash is too young and Jack Jack is just a baby but they are more than capable of helping their sister.

That's right and i'm wondering how would classmates from My Hero Academia felt about Violet,Dash & jack jack's abilities or personality?
maybe now MHA's villains would have to work with incredible's villains

There ain't a lot of Incredible's villains. Outside of Syndrom and the Screen Slaver at least. Though, Syndrome would be a major threat, if given plenty of prep time at least.
