Absoutely adorable! You've done a wonderful job here and the purple tones on the sleeves of the dress are a very nice touch. Maybe a little more shading needed on the clothing but this is still a great Chibi piece.

When I said darker shading, I meant overall. Unless the light source is directly infront of her. The shading is rather light. Though that isn't going to detract from this image at all.

I know what you mean, but you can have some darker tones in there without using some -really- dark colours. No worries, I've seen 'pro' artists use 3D modelling programs with light sources to move a customized single light source over an image (be resembling 'natural' light or 'artificial' light) to get the light source they want. Though the same can be done with a torch being shone in any direction over something like a doll. ^^'
