Yeah... it is "big hair" -

Its a rough sketch... I'll see about cleaning it up and possibly colouring it... I'm looking into getting a wacom tablet to make colouring on the computer easier... haven't used one since college... but I remember the facility and most "colourists" I know use & recommend them... so I figure, why not... they're just so damn expensive!

Nah... he's not blonde... but I've mostly coloured him that way, though... more like platinum... in a perfect world his hair would shine iridescently so it would look like a multi-coloured type of thing... but that's just beyond my realm of knowledge as how to get that effect correctly.

That's right... you got it! His flap of hair should be all the colours of the rainbow... a magical creature, he is... Kuichi in ketchwa means rainbow... and as I'm told... Kinchi derives from that word but meaning more of a "solar"-type rainbow... or rather a clear/golden-type... like an aurora!

My name Kinchi is or Peruvian heritage... not Japanese as most people think... and there's part of the story to how I got my name!
