The other day I was browsing thru DA and I found this talented man His 3D works are absolutely breathe taking and inspiring.Then I saw his Cyber Chun Li
I decided to make a fan art of his Really cool MOD design.

*EDIT* Ignore my previous comment. His account name is "HazardousArts ", I found it by just clicking on the picture that you put right there in the description. My first try was by copy/pasting the name as you typed it, followed by ".deviantart.com", but you left out the S at the end. Huh, so apparently there USED TO BE a DeviantArtist named "HazardousArt "...Quite a co-winky-dink.

I checked for a DA profile by that name, but it said it's a "Deactivated Account." Apparently your friend who drew this isn't on DeviantArt anymore (unless he's created a different account...)
