I really like it. It has this nice old-book style to it that's pleasing to the eye

Your lineart is very nicely done, I can't spot any mistakes there
【About the coloring】
It's mostly nice but the tips are unfinished and there's no clear light source

I think your style is good but you need to improve some details to make it better. Try adding some texture!
【About the originality】
It's not something that would make me do a double-take but it's certainly original enough to catch my eye

Not commenting about the Pokémon itself 'cause it's definitely not my cup of tea
The coloring is good IMHO but it seems you have not completed the wings (as someone already pointed out) or at least only two feather tips are white... unless you did it on purpose

Yeah I edited it a little too much in photoshop. I did color the wings a cream/white color. I haven't read all the comments yet but if everyone mentions it, maybe I'll share the original scan XD

You know. That's funny. It does look like I didn't paint them. I totally did though XD I did do a little editing in photoshop and it must have changed the color a little. It's a cream/white color in the original painting.
