She looks wonderful in that outfit... and the fact she is clean probably helps too.
I really like as well how the landscape looks.

Considering I only did very minor changes if any to the character through the last pictures (the only notable was her turning into a slightly more ...uhm... voluptous version of herself in the last fight), it was suprising how different she looked depending on body language and perspective.
I could imagine, for example, if you would put Delphine into the right stance, expression and so on, that she could look much more intimidating, than, say, Marina.

It's funny you say that, because yesterday (or the day before, I don't know) I thought of doing a picture of Delphine as a "evil" magician, maybe with full power released.
Not that I plan to have her turning evil, but for the fun to take a different view of the character.

A new image... if you want to star in half a dozen of ancient pantheons, you've gotta dress up for it.

I think Buddhist monks are nicer to have around. With the Yellow Ones... If you're not on their worship list, you might quickly get the 'for sacrifice purposes only' tag... just kidding (or not?)

Yeah I can imagine the feeling when someone puts the orange tag around your neck... "Oh isn't that lovely.. can't quite make out the wording, something about 'Sacrificial'??

Lol... Though some of the Harvesters are more insidious than others. With the Cimmerians... I think people get the clues what's going on quite early... no tags needed. Actually the monks mostly handles the after sacrifice procedures *yuck*...

Beautifully done. I love the soft pastels and bright lighting. It feels peaceful. It reminds me of the few meadows/prairies I used to visit in mid-late spring. There was that mid-morning, hazy light that just seemed to illuminate everything. Are you using Ultimate Grass & Meadow set from Daz ( www.daz3d.com/ultimate-grass--…)? I've been wanting to get this product. I could get a lot of use out of this once I get back on my Atlantis storyline. I've loved your prairie environments for Rakkan's battle with the Cimmerian and I like how this scene seems to be a nod to that moment. And I'm really jealous about the fur cape on Scythe. It looks wonderful on her. Unfortunately, I'm not able to use those products.

Thanks a lot. That was the feeling I wanted to create! The hazy light is the product of a sss-volume cube including the whole scene. It's just pretty demanding on the render engine.
I do own Ultimate Grass & Meadows, and used it to some degree:
It's great when it works, but it has some distinct disadvantages. It's highly instanced, so preview is difficult, you have to be careful on memory optimization and you can't very well use duplicates to create larger scenes (for ressource reasons). Also the included terrains are either flat or 'hills'.
What I do is to use this bundle www.daz3d.com/forest-bundle and simply kill all trees and stuff to get a good terrain base. Andrey does not use instancing, which allows the whole setup to be instanced easily. For grass in the closeup I've come to rely on www.daz3d.com/long-grass--esse… instancing and combining as needed. Grass and Meadows can look a bit more realistic, especially in the predefined setups, but since I go for a somewhat illustrative impression, that is not a decisive feature for me.
And yes, the fur cloak is really great, I did not regret to buy it! But why can't you use it?

Magnus, thank you for all that info. Wow, I appreciate that. I have both products you linked to, so I'll have to play around with them more often. I use the Long Grasses a lot where I want tall and mid-sized grasses. Martin J Frost does some amazing work on his plant products. I've never used the forest bundle except for the trees on occasion, but then I haven't had too great a need for them in the past. But you saved me about $30 and was able to put that money towards the Red Crow Inn.
I'm stuck on Daz 4.10 so I can't use the dForce hair items. DS 4.11 worked fine until I went to render and EVERY scene would render only on the CPU and for several days time. It's Daz's loss, not mine. I've saved literally hundreds of dollars from buying new content I don't trust will work in 4.10. I still have the installers for 4.11, but there's really no point in me keeping it.

I wonder why. I know some GPU's where discontinued in Iray, so that would not be DAZ' fault... 4.12 is out, maybe that would work?
Actually the strand based hair and stuff is pretty circumstantial... but at least 4.12 is a bit more responsive and seems to have some memory leaks fixed client-wise.
Anyway... that Red Crow Inn looks great. I followed www.deviantart.com/strangefate… along the design, it looks much better than all the other locations of this kind. I want...

Why would she need clothes if it explodes after first blow.
Actually, the translator translates dialogs very poorly. Is she talking right now with a person who was approaching her in a previous scene or with one of the merchants?

Those don't explode. They're nano fiber stuff. Only replace some flexible parts from time to time.
And yes, that's part of the dialogue with Mago.

The irony is that such technological armor will not save you from being hit by a cheap stone club.
Ribs don't like kinetic damage.

Likely. At the time of the dialogue this armour is back in it's tomb. But if you don't want to repair your stuff all the time why don't use resilient materials in the first place.
Oh and remember that's divine level forest ninja stuff... but of course in the end it took just a simple spear.
