Description
This is the follow up on this picture Stars and Spikes... featuring some of the ladies cast.

As promised, here are some of my male characters. So again, without further ado, here are the facts and statistics!

From left to right:

Dan from 'Street Fairy'
Police officer in his late fourties, pursuing the 'Unseelie Court Case' in Street Fairy.

Rhed from 'To the Death'
A carpenter by trade. Turned brigand, mercenary, warlord and ultimately, emperor of Calradia.

Johnny Crow from 'Murderin' Angels'
Of Levantine-Greek origins, self styled chief, one man crew of the 'Kanawha Eagle'. Don't underestimate him though. One on one, probably the most dangerous of the bunch, after Lorn, of course.

Roy from 'Pirate'
Former officer in the VOC naval service, heir to a Dutch trading company, turned pirate.

Kowalski from 'Conquistadores'
An IFGS major league top star. His preferred role is 'Sarge' Kowalski, a former east european special forces member who delights in delivering quotes from old american action flics.

Lorn of the Isles from 'Rakans Tale'
If you're into fantasy and horror, you've already come across him under another name. He may style himself a sentimental, glib, suave metrosexual, but you don't want to mess with him. Ever.

Phillipe from 'Aurora Borealis'
Former Marseille union man and mobster, resistance fighter and conspirator, now posing as a retired farmer. From Aurora Borealis.

Hezekiel from 'Witchwinter'
Ordained witch hunter, from an age and world where witches and warlocks were all that was rumoured about them and worse. Partner of Keziah Whipple.

Now for the stats.

Despite the ladies usually featuring prominently, I actually have a pretty wide cast of male characters, this just being a small pick of the bunch.
Let's compare to the ladies.

1 - They actually seem to have a bit more variety when it comes to hairstyles. Damn, some even are rumoured to visit a hairdresser or barber!

2 - They're less likely to slap some smudgy war paint all over their face.

3 - Most of them have some kind of residence, at least at times or optional, as far as running around with adventurous ladies allows.

3.1 - Speaking of ladies, while the majority are mainly interested in the opposite(?) gender, it's not a given. But that's for the stories to reveal.

4 - Yeah, allright, mostly dark hair, dark eyes, prominent cheekbones. You caught me.

5 - Four of them could be constructed to hold officers rank. And three might count as some kind of special agents. But things are not as clear cut as with the ladies.

6 - Only two hold top rank positions at some point.

7 - Only Hezekiel has what could be counted as firm and prolonged attachment to a specific organization. All others are more of the 'soldiers of fortune' types.

8 - One guy is connected to sports, if you count professional LARP as such.

9 - Only one guy has had extensive combat training. The others usually 'learned by doing'.

10 - Only two would be considered supernatural by the same standards applied to the ladies.

11 - Two of them are fathers of children, and due to circumstances, that's probably it.

Half of them (Dan, Rhed, Roy and Phillipe) are Genesis 8. The others are still just Genesis 3.
