Unique traits: "Jinchūriki" of Taranis, the Thunder Dragon. Though he doesn't really
consider himself a Jinchūriki, since Taranis is not one of the nine tailed beasts.

Jinchūriki explanation: Taranis is a Thunder Dragon, a rare and powerful creature who lived in the land of lightning, and is one the last remaining dragons that is still among the living. He was viewed as a protector of the land of lightning and would often assist the shinobi of that land in very dire situations. Unfortunaley, during one such situation, Taranis was left badly injured and just barely clinging to life.
Not wanting to die, he made a deal with a cloud shinobi who specialized in sealing named Horoki Kiramei, who elected to seal Taranis'
chakra and Spirit inside his son, thus preserving Taranis' life force. The catch was that Taranis would help and protect Hikaru, a condition
Taranis gladly accepted. Since then, Hikaru has been training to utilize the full power of Taranis to protect the world he lives in.
