Two days before the convention, I suddenly got the urge to quickly make a bookmark of Gankutsuou. And here's the result of it.ΒTools: markers
Time: (including the cleaning up in photoshop ) around 7-8 hours.

but I can see it when people pointed it out,
so I guess it was accidentally a good thing!

Its most definitely fun. Its a victorian art style which means every now and then you get a naked lady. But its really pretty.

Yeah, last term I took an art course that was semi art history, so yeah. I think it might have been around in the 1930 and I could be mixing up some of my dates....so I would really recomend getting a book from the library on it, or checking it out online, because from the look of your work you might really like it. You might like Gustav Klimt, as well he was an artist from the 1930's I believe. He adds lots of pattern type stuff. And Audrey Kawasaki is a Japanese American artist who kinda mixes art nouvuea with an almost anime look. Though I don't know if she would say that about her work, but anyways shes awesome.
I just doubled checks and I was right the first time art nouveau was from 1800-1905
