First project of the semester! Graphic Novel course with my cartooning teacher from last semester, Ivan Brunetti. We spent the first class doing a memory-based writing exercise where I shared too much but really tried not to care about it because I'm tired of caring so much what people think of me and holding myself back, so I just am letting it all go.

Assignment was to do a one page, 6+ panel, black and white, Autobiographical comic about something we "Remember". I remember general good feelings about some things in childhood, but specific good or funny moments I cannot remember. It's like my brain said: "That was nice, good for you!" but when something bad or embarrassing happened, it was all: "NEVER FORGET THIS HORRIBLE MOMENT FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE". I have too many of those moments, maybe drawing them will help get them out.
