Description lol I love Princess Tutu! x3 This was a drawing for a fanart contest last year. I lost I fixed the proportions and stuff on PhotoShop yesterday and thought that I may as well just color over the whole thing.

I thought I'd try hard edge cel this time. It's not as elegant or anything as my other deviations, but I like it x3
