Stupidest quote ever. I was supposedly born with Bipolar as a child and felt all the worst things a human can feel thanks to how everybody treated me in part cause of it and cause the place we moved to was severely inbred. You've read/watched Fruits Basket right? She's referring to the times when you felt sad or happy or proud of your first somersault-as she was explaining to Ayame-and how you can help future generations on with growing up. You say you're content now but that's because of what your past was and how it made you today. Somewhere out there there may be a child that was like you who was lost in a dark place and maybe you'll cross paths with him/her and you can be the one to help them keep their head up to the sky rather than wallow in the dark. Although you may not have been able to do it yourself you shouldn't just totally forget to the past just as much as you move forward. Originally Kyoko told Tohru this to say that they would always be able to meet at a halfway point so that Tohru wouldn't feel so alone in the universe.
