What do you mean by you wanna draw people in this style? Do you mean doing quick sketches?
Or do you mean drawing characters that have a look of confidence?

if you want to do quick sketches just sit down and draw something in a fast manner. maybe time your self so you don't spend anymore than 5 - 10 min on the drawing or even less.
