Ipractice alot and I look at alot of great artist inking and mimic there work. You shuold look at the work of Frank frazetta or claire wendling.

I am currently studying at the joe kubert school of cartoon graphocs but I am a firm believer in the ideas that you can learn this stuff with out school you just have to be passionate and work your ass off.
