XD The title sounds like a rather popular song going about right now...Anyhoo, this one's for , who wanted her OC Croatia drawn with the Nordics in a snowfight/skiing/etc scene. I opted for a snowball fight because I imagine the Nordics love nothing more than hurling lumps of ice/snow/probably a few stones snuck in there at one another.
When given reference for this I got the idea that CroatiaxNorway was a favourite of said requester, and quite frankly I think it works really well! XD I do prefer a manly Norway (like the anime one) and he certainly keeps Croatia a happy girl by the looks of things. You go Norway.
Naturally, you weren't going to get Nordic art without some crack, hence Norway's continued delusion that Iceland and he have a wonderful brotherly bond, and Nordic snowmen. Those were pretty fun, and it should be bloody obvious who's who. XD
To all Denmark fans: I feel your pain. D; Actually, I feel his too. If you've ever had the displeasure of having a snowball thrown at your face (like I have), it's so damn painful. XD It makes me feel bad to do this to my favourite Nordic, but he's also the most likely of people to receive such treatment. XD Poor guy. (You're still awesome regardless.)
Seriously though, don't aim for people's faces. It's not funny. XD
Excuse terrible colouring and background whilst I'm at it, but I won't deny I enjoyed this a lot, so cheers for the request, and hope you love! 8D

Someone need to one day draw the Nordics ganging up on Sweden. Because that's how it really is; Sweden has ade everyone around him his enemy at some point, maybe except for Iceland, so they're getting the most verbal abuse from the rest of us ^_^ Of course, that's not canon. Still. It must happen *hopeful look*
Anyway, dude, darling, whatever you prefer being called by random strangers on the 'net, I love this pic *__* It's amazing. I love Sweden's smirk and Norway's delusions and Iceland!snowman's "Are you fucking kidding me?" scowl. Thumbs up, dude!

XD Haha, just because the slice of 'pick on Sweden' delivered straight from a Dane amuses me, I feel it only appropriate to respond by drawing it for you in the near future. I want to defend the fact I missed drawing Denmark properly in this, truly, I felt a little sad in my fangirly way, but you can bet he'll be back bloody soon. I am so far from done with drawing these guys! XD Aw, it feels mean for you to refer to yourself as such, I'd like to think we've talked enough on here to be a little more than that at the very least!
XD Speaking of which, I was watching a Denmark youtube video the other day (had one of the songs by Nephew in it) and I do believe I found a comment by you on it. 8D What a small but fun world we live in.

You should check out satcomic.com even if the creator is a Dane herself, there are plenty of other Scandinavians commenting. There's a comic where she points out some of the relations between the three Scandinavians and -plenty- of comments to support it.
Well, I'm never sure how much people think of the importance of the convos I have with them ^_^; I don't want to assume too much, I guess, haha.
I do believe I've commented on at least half of all of the Denmark vids on youtube XD ...Except those with DenNor. Norway should not be a small cold fish. It's just wrong. I think the entire North (the real North) is going all sort of wtf over the characterization of him. also Finland. I avoid their "canon" pairings..

XD Awww, seriously, you should appreciate yourself more, I really have fun talking with you! I should probably take more note of the scary internet stories, but hey, I've been on DA a long time and found many an honest person (I think sharing the love of a fandom really helps bring people togeter, no?) so I like to trust the people I meet here. In any case, it's nice when people return regularly to see more of your work or leave a comment, for whilst the internet can have that strange lack of intimacy to it, I must say that I have been fortuate to come across and remain in contact with lovely people such as yourself! You're certainly up there in my noteworthy people these days! Consider us very much on friendly terms, or at least on the level where you are more than welcome to be asking/hinting that I should draw certain things. 8D Drawing for others makes me happy!
Haha, yes, the Nordic pairings... I don't like to judge, I drew some DenNor crack once and it did amuse me to an extent, but even then I kinda' felt it wasn't quite as believable as I wanted it to be. DenSwe/SweDen on the other hand, that fulfills my violent, love/hate yet very hot relationship quota very nicely. >8D
