November 3rd is Tezuka Osamu's Birthday and it would have been his 80th this year!So I made this tribute pic as a way of saying thank you and Happy Birthday to the 'God of Manga'.

I've been getting into Tezuka lately. I like the nice simplicity of his artwork. It definitely appeals to me a lot more than the heavily-detailed anime art styles you see now.

Wow did you really do this, I always love tezuka osamu work, I love your comic and everything I saw, please keep the super duper great work you have done, I never knew him before he's gone until later then, it's a pity I can't meet him at least I can see people's work who are fans of tezuka

little known fact that the creator of anime himself was actually inspired by Walt Disney and Stanley Kubrick, so in a sense you could say that Walt Disney and Stanley Kubrick inspired anime. Kind of makes sense now that you think about it.

I knew about Disney (He drew one panel cameos of Donald and Goofy into his works), but Stanley Kubrick would explain a lot about Tezuka's stories.
I remember reading that Betty Boop has inspired Tezuka's art style. The large eyes, small nose and mouth. A style that you see so prominently in anime today.
