Born in Hawaii, Coral soon discovered a closeness to the sea dn all of its creatures. She then discovered her ability to turn inot living water. She found herself in prison after destroying a few plants ath pollute the water and freeing some dolphins in captivity.
She can become living water and control all water withen a mile radius as if it were a part of her. She can make waves and create hurricane out of her bottem half that can make her fly.
