Seth Tuscadero
Born to a poor family in Mexico, Seth illegally migrated to the United States in his twenties. Later he found his skin shedding and underneath it was reptillian snake skin. H e met with a friend who was a scintist in order to try to stop the process of turning into a snake man. Only his friend had other ideas. He saw Seth as the future of human evolution. He bonded cybernetic snake whips to his arms that can extend out several feet from his wrists. Below that he implated sliding fang claws that slide out of the top of his hands. Along with his heat sensing capabilites, his healing factor, and his near super speed he became nearly indestructable. After this surgery he ended up behind bars after he slayed the man he believed had killed his wife.

Deth-Rattle can control mentally his snake whips(that act like real living snakes) that allow him to constrict his opponents, swing from one place to another, pull opponents to him, and flip his body.
