Description
Colored up this Chaos warband breaking down the doors to a city. Due to the sheer number of characters I had to make use of strong atmospheric colors to make the image pop, as the individual characters are for the most part dressed in rags, things that don't inherently make for a good palette like the numerous colors that Space Marines come in.I'll come back to 40k soon, once I saw this image I immediately made time to color it.

yea true the artist had it harder but coloring can be hard too, especially finding the perfect one to fit the scene

I just now highlighted more individual aspects of the troops (armor, horns, etc.), but not bringing each one to the fore with brown/earth tones that seem to be so popular these days.
