Nikita is a feminine name but in Russia,mostly it is given to males, outside of that,it's used by females(not all too I guess)

Aleksandr is a surname (it's a mistake by the way, we don't have a surname Aleksndr, we have Aleksandrov/Aleksandrin/Aleksandrovskiy)
Nikita is, well, first name
Ivanovich is a patronymic/father's name. Father's name with suffix -ich/-ovich (male) or -ovna/-evna (female)
